How do I add merchants to my favorites list?
If you see a merchant in a category you want to add to your favorites click on the yellow star/add sign next to the offer. If you are on the home page click on “Manage My Favorites” under “My Favorite Merchant” on the right side of the screen.
How do I redeem the discounts and other offers listed on the website?
Online discounts: Most offers may only be redeemed online. In this case you can click on the merchant name or offer to view the merchant offer details. In some cases you will need to enter a discount code as you check out on the merchant website. That code is listed in the offer details. In some cases the discount will be calculated automatically when you check out at the merchant website. In this case, there is no discount code listed on the offer detail page.
How do I update my account information?
Click on the "Manage My Account" tab located below the Category tabs. In this section you can update your password and email address as well as manage your Favorite Merchants.

Why can’t I find the merchant I am looking for?
Only merchants who are part of our merchant network are able to provide discounts on the SmartSavings site. To easily find a merchant, use the search feature located above the “Welcome” message on the website. If you still cannot find the merchant you are looking for, click on the “See All Categories” button above the search feature and look for your item under the specific categories. Sometimes offers are only featured for a limited time before they expire. These offers are under the “Limited Time Offer” bar in each category; the expiration date is displayed on the right next to the offer.
How can I find a local merchant in my area?
Use the "Local Offers" feature on the right side of the screen.
Why don't I see a discount applied to my order after I've entered the online discount code?
In most cases the discount will appear at the end of your purchase at checkout. Make sure you haven’t selected an item that the merchant has excluded from the offer. Sometimes the offers do not apply to certain brands or items, so double check your order.
